NO UNNECESSARY TRAINING COSTS
With corporate training, it can happen that the initial enthusiasm of employees who sign up for training wanes over time. We believe in methods that deliver exciting, spectacularly fast results. Despite this, there is always some dropout during the first few months of training. This is because not everyone can accurately assess the obligations involved. To avoid this, we never recommend making English classes mandatory. In addition, we keep an attendance sheet during classes and regularly review the data, which we share with the company so that it can decide, based on real information, whether it is worthwhile to allow the employee to continue.
WE SUPPORT HR WORK – WE CONSULT ON TRAINING STRATEGIES
We have been teaching business English to companies for eight years, so we have extensive experience in developing effective training plans. We discuss when and how many hours would be ideal, and what the options are. Our goal is to show results as soon as possible.
In addition, we take as much of the organisational and administrative workload off HR as possible: we keep attendance records, compile statistics, send out satisfaction surveys to participants, and summarize the results. We regularly test our students, evaluate the results, and share them.
